When you purchase RelaxStream, we collect basic information necessary to deliver and manage your license. This includes your Email Address (to send the key) and a generated Hardware ID / IP Address (to bind your license to your device).
RelaxStream is designed with privacy in mind. The Software runs entirely on your local machine/server. We do NOT collect, monitor, or store your YouTube Stream Keys, passwords, or video files. All broadcasting data remains strictly on your device.
We do not store your credit card details. All global transactions are securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. Please refer to their privacy policy for payment data handling.
Your email and Hardware ID are used exclusively for:
- Delivering license keys and purchase receipts.
- Preventing software piracy and unauthorized license sharing.
- Sending important software updates or critical security patches.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect our licensing server. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
