By purchasing, downloading, or using the RelaxStream software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. License Grant & Usage

RelaxStream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. One (1) License Key is valid for One (1) Active Device at a time. You may transfer your license to another device using the built-in logout feature.

3. Refund Policy

Since RelaxStream offers a fully functional Free DEMO version for testing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been generated and delivered, as digital goods cannot be returned. Please utilize the Demo version to ensure compatibility with your system before purchasing.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Software acts solely as an automation tool for video broadcasting. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google, or any other streaming platform.

• We are not responsible for any account bans, strikes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
• We are not liable for data loss, server (RDP/VPS) crashes, or revenue loss resulting from the use of the Software.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to broadcast illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content. We reserve the right to revoke your license without a refund if we detect abuse, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of our license keys.
